Alisa Brace is a proud fourth generation farmer from the Sundre area and from a young age had a deep passion for rodeo and the western way of life.
Alisa’s dream came true in 2017 when she was crowned Miss Rodeo Sundre 2017, a title she then took to the Miss Rodeo Canada Pageant, where she represented her favourite town and rodeo during an amazing year.
After receiving many scholarships during her time in college to become a Registered Veterinary Technician, she gained an appreciation for any scholarship aimed at providing young people with the opportunity to better themselves and believes that the La Due Ladies Lunch embodies that completely.
She is beyond thrilled to be part of the team and looks forward to meeting the lucky young women who will be awarded scholarships this year!
Since its inception, the LaDue Ladies Lunch Scholarship Program has proudly awarded over $110,000 to young women across Alberta.

LaDue Ladies Lunch is grateful for its continued partnership with the Calgary Stampede Foundation, whose mission is to provide Alberta youth with opportunities to build strong roots in their culture and heritage through programs that foster personal growth, citizenship, and education.
This shared commitment to youth development makes the Foundation the perfect steward for administering the LaDue Scholarship Program.
All funds raised for the LaDue Scholarship Program are housed under the Calgary Stampede Foundation, and direct contributions to the scholarship fund are eligible for a tax receipt.
